Gemma - New soil stack and general building
The end result of what Mark and his team have done has given us more room in the kitchen and bathroom and a new outdoor space for us to enjoy. He moved the ugly and leaking soil pipe from inside the house to the outside and laid our lovely new natural stone paving slabs.
Daineil - Turn office into second family bathroom
I contacted Gray Group based on a recommendation, and from initial discussions was very impressed with Marks approach and enthusiasm to provide us with a great service. Mark answered our many questions, and was very patient while we picked the bathroom suite, and made some great suggestions along the way. Mark picked dates to suit us, completing the majority of works while we were not at home, all the while treating the house with due care and respect. The works were finished in line with timings described, on budget, and we were thrilled with the completed works. A mention should also be made for the electrician that works with Mark, who was also very polite and helpful, and we subsequently used to complete some additional works after the bathroom was finished. In summary Mark quoted a fair and reasonable price, was polite and helpful, and the works finished exceeded our expectations - a credit to his profession. We will certainly contact Mark again in the future when we pick our next project
